About Us 
History Statement
Standing on Business Youth Football, an all-girls flag football organization, was founded in November 2023 by Kimmalla Mitchell. With a God-given vision to support and empower young female athletes, the organization began with a single team competing in one tournament. This one-time team quickly blossomed into a full-fledged organization. In the 2023-2024 season, our 12U girls competed in five tournaments and achieved a ranking within the top 25 teams nationwide. Standing on Business Youth Football has grown organically, embracing athletes from diverse backgrounds and dual-sport participants, fostering a sense of family and community.
