I hope this letter finds you well. My name is Kimmalla Mitchell, founder of Standing on Business Youth Football, an all-girls flag football organization established in November 2023. Our organization began with a single team competing in one tournament, and through dedication and a God-given vision to support and empower young female athletes, we have grown into a robust organization. In our 2023-2024 season, our 12U girls competed in five tournaments, achieving a ranking within the top 25 teams nationwide.

Our vision at Standing on Business Youth Football is to create a world where every girl has the opportunity and confidence to pursue her dreams and ambitions through the sport of flag football. We aim to help our athletes become well-rounded individuals, embracing all that God has called them to be.

Our mission is to lift and empower girls through the fundamentals of football, fostering confidence in their abilities and a commitment to community service. We support our athletes in becoming leaders on and off the field, providing them with the skills and encouragement to excel in sports and life. We promote an inclusive environment and celebrate each girl’s unique journey, striving to build a strong, supportive, and faith-driven community.
