As a parent or guardian of an athlete participating in the Standing on Business Youth Football team, I commit to the following terms and conditions for the 2024-2025 season:

• Practice Attendance: 
  • Practices will be held every Sunday from 4-6 pm in the Missouri City/Stafford, Texas area.
  • Practices are mandatory, and any additional practices will be communicated at the discretion of the coaches.
  • Any modifications to the practice schedule will be communicated no less than two weeks prior, unless due to extenuating circumstances (e.g., weather, natural disasters).
• Communication:
  • Any absences must be communicated to the coaching staff immediately. Failure to communicate may result in limited playing time, removal from the tournament roster, or removal from the team.
• Conduct:
  • There is zero tolerance for bullying and harassment towards parents, coaches, and players. Everyone is expected to treat each other with respect and dignity.
• Travel Requirements:
  • Travel is required to participate on the team. If parents/guardians are unable to travel, a waiver must be signed prior to departure for athletes traveling with designated team chaperones.
  • Any medical condition impacting the athlete’s mental, physical, or emotional health must be disclosed to Kimmalla Mitchell. This information will remain confidential unless imperative to discuss with the coaching staff to limit the athlete's risk.
• Commitment:
  • The commitment to the team is for the entire season. If the athlete cannot commit to a tournament or travel, the coaching staff must be notified no later than August 15, 2024.
  • Additional opportunities may arise and will be collectively discussed for team participation.
• Financial Commitment:
  • The cost for the season is $750.00, which includes two uniforms, a backpack, warm-ups, socks, a team shirt, insurance, and participation in eight paid tournaments. 
  • Sponsorships and donations will help reduce costs for athletes and will be pursued at the beginning of the season.

As part of our commitment to excellence and growth, we have outlined a set of expectations and requirements to ensure a successful and enriching experience for all participants.

Travel is an integral part of our program, and we require that parents/guardians who cannot travel sign a waiver allowing their athlete to travel with designated team chaperones. Additionally, any medical conditions affecting your athlete should be disclosed to Kimmalla Mitchell to ensure their safety and well-being.

The financial commitment for the season is $750.00, covering all essential gear and participation in eight tournaments. We will seek sponsorships and donations to help offset these costs and provide support for our athletes.
